From all Chevrolet’s SUV compact-crossovers Equinox is most representative and comes at first place. It is a five passenger car in two rows with a lot of space for all passengers even if it is one of smaller crossovers, it is still bigger than its competitors like Honda CR-V, Ford Escape, Toyota RAV4. This follows its higher price that will be about $25,000 for the base version while Equinox’s competitors have prices little below this. A few thousands more will be needed for 1LT or 2LT trims and the price for LTZ won’t be less than $32,000.
Being a small family SUV has advantages like being ease in parking lots, comfortable on the road, but it still doesn’t loose its capability of pulling medium capacity loads. Those offered with V-6 unit can tow 3,500 pounds, yet those with 4-cylinder unit can tow about 1,500 pounds.

Changes For 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
In contrast to only front wheel drive in standard versions as additional it will be available all-wheel drive if needed a better traction on muddy or snowy roads. LT and LTZ models may be equipped with more-powerful V6 engine. One of the things that we really would like to see is the delivery of turbocharged gasoline units.
